Kingdom Earth was once a beautiful and joyful place with an Emperor on the throne. Until Evil descended. Hating what he saw, Evil laid siege to the Kingdom, and soon dethroned the Emperor, enveloping the Kingdom in darkness. He cast a spell on the Emperor, putting him to eternal sleep. The Lady of the Kingdom, however, managed to escape Evil's wrath. On hearing the commotion from above, an Angel came to investigate, arriving while Evil was asleep. She was horrified by the pervading darkness! With a swish of her magic wand, she brought light and life back to the Kingdom. She broke the Emperor's spell and reunited him with the Lady. Before departing, she gave them a magic stalk to protect Kingdom Earth.

Evil was furious when he awoke! He immediately plotted mayhem. Disguised as an old woman, he approached their highnesses with the gift of a poisoned peach. Emperor fell into the trap and was rendered unconscious. Delighted, Evil stole the magic stalk and cast the Earth into darkness once again. Sensing that something was amiss, and fearing for her own safety, the Lady played along with Evil, pretending to eat the fruit, too, and fell into unconsciousness.

With his mission seemingly accomplished, Evil began to drag the Emperor into the dungeon, whereupon the Lady seized the opportunity to escape and seek help. Her cries reached Angel, who promptly returned to assist. Evil refused to release the Emperor, and a fierce duel ensued. In the fight, the Lady was injured, and the Angel whisked her away to refuge. She nursed her back to health. Upon Lady's recovery, both ladies went into a protracted battle with Evil before emerging in triumph, freeing the Emperor.
