The theme of the second Festival concert was focused on songs from Broadway and West End musicals as well as popular crossover songs. It also brought together some of the country’s leading singers on the same stage – Khoo Hooi Lay, Angel Lee, Phoon Sook Peng and the Dama National Singing Competition 2008 winner, Rachel Tan Cheng Shuan. The concert also featured some featured performances by Dama Orchestra. Brian McIntyre was the narrator.
